Skinology– Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Skinology, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ask that you value ours in return.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is payable at your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice:
Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice:
Your 50% deposit will be retained.Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice: Your 50% deposit will be retained & you will be required to pay the full remaining balance.
Failure to attend (no-show):
The full remaining balance will be charged to the card stored on file.
Please arrive for your appointment no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time & contact us via text message, we will then respond when we are ready to begin. Should you be late for your appointment the time of your booking will be reduced & the full service charge will apply.Should you need to leave early during your appointment the full service charge will apply.
Refund Policy.
Refunds are not available on services that have been received. If you would like to report an issue, please contact - chloe@skinologystudio.co.uk
Our rights.
All skincare and product advice provided during consultations and treatments at Skinology is based on professional knowledge and the products stocked and supplied by Skinology.
If alternative products are purchased elsewhere, including from online retailers or third-party sellers, Skinology cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, or expiry status of those products.
Skinology reserves the right to decline or terminate services if externally sourced products may compromise treatment outcomes or skin health.
At Skinology, we are committed to providing a respectful and welcoming environment for all clients. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate services if necessary.
In the event or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to make changes to treatment prices and treatment offerings at any time.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase, after this vouchers will expire. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
Medical Conditions.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us before every treatment of any health conditions and health changes. Information must be entered accurately. Some of our treatment offerings are not suitable for certain medical conditions.
