Skinology– Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Skinology, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To protect the time dedicated to each client, card details are securely captured at the time of booking.

No payment will be taken unless your cancellation falls within the cancellation policy outlined below.

The balance for your appointment is payable on the day of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice:
No charge will apply and your appointment can be moved to a new suitable date.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice:
50% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card stored on file.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice:
100% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card stored on file.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show):
The full appointment cost will be charged to the card stored on file.

Arrival Times

Please arrive no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time and contact us via text message upon arrival. We will respond as soon as we are ready to begin your appointment.

Should you arrive late, treatment time may need to be reduced whilst the full appointment fee still applies.

If you choose to leave your appointment early, the full appointment fee will still apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available on services that have already been received.

Our Rights

All skincare and product advice provided during consultations and treatments at Skinology is based on professional knowledge and the products stocked and supplied by Skinology.

If alternative products are purchased elsewhere, including through online retailers or third-party sellers, Skinology cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality or expiry status of those products.

Skinology reserves the right to decline or terminate services if externally sourced products may compromise treatment outcomes or skin health.

We are committed to providing a calm, respectful and welcoming environment for all clients. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and services may be terminated where necessary.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Skinology reserves the right to reschedule appointments where required.

Treatment offerings and pricing may change at any time.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash after expiry.

Medical Conditions

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Skinology before every treatment of any medical conditions, medications, allergies or health changes.

Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions and treatment suitability will always be assessed individually.
